- Users agree they are 18 or older.
- Do not ban evade
- NO disposable or education emails.
- Do not discriminate.
- Respect others and do not troll.
- Do not dox.
- No spamming, flooding, or indecipherable text.
- Do not advertise or call to raid other chats.
- Do not impersonate or act on behalf of staff.
- No bots, scrapers, or scripts.
- Do not steal another user's owned ref or character.
Global Rules extended
These rules apply across the entire chat, both in Main, in Private messages on Chatzy, and in the channels on Discord.
Illegal Content
You will not post, request, or link to anything that violates local or United States law, or discuss anything that by doing so would violate those laws. (Role playing fictitious illegal scenarios do not fall under this rule.)
Underage user
You will cease immediately and not continue to access the chat, its affiliated chats, its affiliated Discord server, or its resources if you are under the age of 18.
Ban Evasion
Evading your ban will result in a permanent one. Instead, wait and appeal it.
Disposable/educational email
Disposable and Educational emails are strictly prohibited.
Discrimination
You will not post anything discriminatory against race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, age, genetic information, marital status, sexual orientation, military service, or gender identity. Many slurs are prevented by our Content Rules, do not intentionally circumvent them.
General Harassment/Trolling
You will treat other users and staff with dignity and respect. Do not troll, flame, or harass other users, and do not shame others for their kinks or fetishes. Role play and jokes are exempt between consenting users and friends, but you must stop if asked. This kind of behavior includes, but is not limited to, telling someone to kill themselves, telling someone they can’t RP with who they want to RP with, telling someone they are less of a person for RPing with whomever they want to RP with, making fun of a kink or someone because of a kink that they indulge in, etc. Generally speaking, just treat other members of the room well, and if you don’t like someone, just ignore them instead of trying to “do something” about it, or report them if they are actually causing issues.
Doxxing
You will not post or request personal information that is not your own (“dox”).
Spamming/flooding/indecipherable text
Do not spam, flood, or post text that has no meaning. This means continuous posting of the same thing, or spreading out your message enough to flood the chat with your text. In addition, mass emoji or overly excessive “weird” text, such as Zalgo, will also be removed. Excessive nonsense posting also falls under this.
Advertising/Raiding
Do not advertise other chat rooms or the like, on Chatzy or otherwise. Advertisement is sending unsolicited messages that attempt to get people to join a separate chat. Additionally do not call invasions of other chats (“raids”). This rule includes Chatzy, Discord, TeamSpeak, image boards, and other community sites or groups. This rule does not include inviting people to a room to carry out an RP, or sharing contact information.
Staff Impersonation/Micromodding
Do not impersonate Dungeon staff, or attempt to act on behalf of dungeon staff (micromod). Instead, contact a staff member in the chat or via Discord if needed.
Botting, scraping, or scripting
You will not use scrapers, bots, or any other automated posting or downloading scripts or programs.
Character Theft
If another user in the chat owns a ref or character, do not use it or claim it as your own. However, do not tell other users to stop using a ref or character. Like with any other rule breaking, if it belongs to you, seek help from a staff member, do not confront them yourself. This rule does NOT protect your ref if it’s not owned by you (i.e. you drew it, commissioned it, were gifted it by the artist, etc.).

Staff Expectations
- Represent the room and follow the rules.
- Be fair and unbiased.
- Follow procedure for banning.
- Quickly ban legal liabilities, evaders, and trolls.
- Document all actions.
- Participate in staff discussions.
- Don't "pile on."
- Report abusive or poor staffing.
Moderation Explained
The moderators of this room are people who volunteer their time to help us have a more successful and enjoyable room. Moderators aren’t better than anyone else, nor are admins, we merely exist to enforce the rules and lead the room. That being said, we have implemented new safeguards for you to ensure that the moderators and admins are doing what they should. In the past we have had accusations of moderator power abuse, that’s why we have implemented the complaints form, where you can report power abuse. Further, we have implemented a robust moderation system which helps us see when a user has been silenced, warned or banned and why. This document is available for all to see for transparency but only moderators and admins can fill it out. If a moderator silences someone and doesn’t log it on the list, you can hold them accountable to us by contacting another moderator, admin or using the gmail.
- Despite this new transparency, it is still very important that you respect the moderators. They will have the final say in what happens in the chat and you are expected to listen to their decision. Do not argue with moderators in main chat. If a moderator is abusing their position, the likelihood of changing them by arguing with them is non-existant.
- Similarly, if a moderator is handling a situation, don’t join in and shout at a user. It is the moderator’s job to moderate. We appreciate what you try to do, helping, but micro-modding generally doesn’t calm anyone. On the contrary, being told to “shut the fuck up you’re breaking the rules” often just makes thing worse. Let the moderators do their job.
- We have also introduced a moderator council. The purpose of that council is to discuss room points, such as user requests or ban appeals. You can appeal for things to be brought to the council by contacting a moderator or admin. But, not every issue will be accepted and discussed. If you get banned, use the Ban Appeal Form if you want to appeal this decision, don’t try and ban evade to prove you are worthy of a second chance.
- The moderators are also subject to the rules the same as everyone. That obviously doesn’t mean you have the right to belittle the mods and rub the rules in their faces. If you don’t think a moderator is doing their job, we expect you to help us find out about it. That being said, if you think a moderator is abusing their position, don’t challenge them, record evidence with a screenshot and submit a complaint via the Complaints Form. If necessary contact us on [email protected]. We will then look at the evidence and discuss it with the moderator in question. No one will get into trouble for reporting a moderator or another user; unless it is done maliciously.
- You can see the "Moderator Code of Conduct" below.
Staff Expectations Extended
Staff Expectations
Representation of SYD
Staff represent Senka’s Yiff Dungeon internally and in other chats. They are expected to behave in this room and others, following the rules. Cases of misconduct in other chats reflect poorly on the SYD, and may be met with repercussions in SYD. This also includes discussing rule interpretation and similar matters privately with users that have a concern. Staff doing so are expected to treat that user civilly in accordance with rule 1.6, even if their concern or question of interpretation doesn’t lead to any change in ruling.
Impartial moderation
Staff are expected to interpret the rules in a fair and unbiased manner, and act on them accordingly. They will not allow their friends to break the rules any more than they will punish users they don’t like because of a literal take on the rules.
Banning
Staff must have a minimum of 3 votes in favor of banning to issue an extended or permanent ban. Each moderator gets 1 vote, and administrators get 3 votes. Staff members may vote “against” bans, and subtract their votes from the tally of those in favor. If a satisfactory solution cannot be found this way, deliberation will happen among senior staff, and after that just admins. If an admin is not available, Senior Mods can solo confirm a ban, but not administer one by themselves. Admins do not need confirmation to ban, but it is preferable that they get it.
Automatic Bans
Staff are expected to ban those breaking rules 1.1-1.4 or exclusively present to violate other rules and not participate in good faith. These types of bans bypass the normal vote system in place, staff are however expected to make a report as usual.
Action Documentation
Staff are expected to document all actions using the moderator report system. This is to help catch repeat offenders as well as provide a level of transparency to staff actions.
Staff Discussions
Staff will discuss bans and appeals regularly and privately. Staff members are expected to make an effort to participate in these discussions..
Unnecessary Interjection
When a situation is being handled by a staff member already, additional staff will not interject themselves into a situation unless necessary. If a staff member has advice on how to handle something, or wants to assist, they will ask the currently acting staff member first.
Handling poor or abusive staffing
If another staff member is abusing their power or generally doing a poor job, witnessing staff or users will document and report up the chain to the administrators. They will NOT confront them publicly, and will only confront in private over minor matters. General users will not confront staff members at all, and will instead report to another staff member, preferably an admin, or submit an anonymous report through our anonymous report form.

Donations - Terms & conditions
While we appreciate you wanting to help us keep the chat running, we want you to make an informed decision when donating money. With that in mind it is imperative that you read and agree these terms and conditions before donating.
- If you make a mistake donating, let us know quickly. If a donation is accepted it might be hard to reimburse you if you change your mind later on.
- While we love you for donating, it will not grant you immunity or special privileges. Regardless of how much money you give us, you can still be silenced and even banned.
- Senka and the Dungeon Staff promise not to use your money for personal ends, but, there is no guarantee that future admins will be as unscrupulous. If you worry about staff in the future, please understand that we have little control over that in the present.
- We will try our best to be as open as possible about money raised and what we spend it on. It might not always be easy to do this since we don't have an automated system tallying donations so it would all have to be manually updated.
- There is no guarantee we will ask your opinion how to spend your donation, nor will we accept clauses to donations, such as "Can only be used for x". We will determine what to do with any excess money. We might ask people's opinions in a poll but we retain the final say.
- Our first priority will always be to try and keep the Chatzy Room's premium paid.
- It'll be up to you if you want to make your donation public or not. If you want it to be anonymous, please state so in your note and we will simply list the donation as "anonymous".
- We reserve the rights to update these terms and conditions at any time for any reason.
